Hollee is the author of eighteen children’s books (3 self-published and 15 non-fiction readers for Boston Public Schools). Her academic work has been published in peer-reviewed books and journals. Hollee also writes curriculum for community and educational organizations, as well as businesses, ranging from grant proposals to STEM and literacy curriculum.

Through her STEM teaching, writing, and outdoor experiences for children and adults, Hollee institutes educational best practices through “hands-on, minds-on”, critical thinking activities and projects.

Through educational workshops, photography, and her beekeeping program, City Bees, Hollee brings people into a closer relationship with the natural world and their relationship within it.
